Cast Away

A solitary walk along the coastal path

lies one sand that wanders under the sun

it may prick unlucky lost sole

so disgusting coz' it never leaves the soul.

One of the trillions sands had lost its way

it rushes with the tides and casts away

it glides with the wind and dances in the shore

finding its way home in an endless detour.

The feet that holds it, never trembles

it was its comforting shield amidst the storms

if shaken by its master along the vast coast

it will still find its course no matter what the future holds!
